Software Support & Maintenance Policy

We provide online and phone-based technical support and software updates, including bug fixes and patches, for one, two, and three year license subscribers. Perpetual license holders are entitled to free technical support and software updates for the first year of the license. They may also purchase additional years of support and software updates. Researchers who are interested in being trained or would like training sessions for their labs should submit a request for training.
