Payment Terms: On receipt of invoice – immediate payments on all orders. All quotes and payments are in US dollar currency unless otherwise stated.

We also accept credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cardholders. These payments are transacted through a secure Payment gateway. We do not store any of your payment details (i.e., credit card information) and do not automate recurring payments for subscription licenses.

  • Taxes (Sales Tax, Service Tax, GST, VAT or similar), if applicable, are not included in price quoted for products or services. Any such charges will be extra and to the customer's account.
  • Payments of all applicable taxes are the responsibility of purchasing organization, in addition to product or service price.
  • Activation of software products requires acceptance of terms of embedded End User License Agreement.
  • The price of annual recurring license fee is subject to change for products with a subscription period.
  • All product licenses are shipped directly to end-user by email. No physical media is shipped.
  • Subscription period begins three (3) days from the date of license delivery, not on installation, unless otherwise stated.
  • By purchasing this product the end-user opts-in to receive emails containing product-related information.
  • Strand offers an upgrade policy that allows its clients to upgrade their systems to more powerful solutions to meet their expanding needs. Strand will credit the unused value of annual licenses upon purchase of a system of a higher price than the original purchase price.
  • Full license period of a subscription may be withheld until payment is completed.

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Full refund if request for reimbursement is made within 30 days of license activation. No credits/refund is offered for professional services and/or customized products.
